Like all of you, we are very concerned about the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) on individuals, families, and communities across the country.
We want to share with you the care we are taking into account to guarantee the safety and protection of our clients and employees.
Efigen is fully committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19. First and foremost, is that our people will be the most important. This is the first value of our company and we will continue to operate under this premise.
We closely follow National guidelines and those of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO). Currently, most of our employees who work in our offices are working from home. We require anyone who feels unwell to stop working and take appropriate action for the health and safety of those around them.
We are empowering a new technology that keeps our clients and employees safe during this difficult time and makes Efigen more efficient as a business.
Virtual consultation: We understand that many people prefer face-to-face communication, however the recent pandemic and subsequent effects have forced us to rethink communication, so that it is mostly undertaken virtually; using phones and videos.
Documents signed electronically: All contracts and required documents can be reviewed and signed using Docusign or similar.
Digital proposals: Your proposal, contract, or invoice will all be sent digitally. Your documents are automatically saved in our online system, to avoid physical encounters and the spread of the virus.
In the markets where we are allowed to visit businesses, we have modified our practices to ensure that we follow 100% the safety guidelines of the national government and the World Health Organization WHO in terms of hygiene and personal interaction. Our employees follow the social distancing guidelines and stay at least 2 meters away from each other. All interactions will be without a handshake. Without exception, all of our sales and service team wash their hands or wear antibacterial frequently and wear masks from the beginning to the end of our meetings.
